really  ??? i thought it was amongst the most beneficial vegetables with regards to health benefits  :-\

organic is a bit of a con i think.. want the best veg? then grow your own..
Agree with you on the part about growing your own because that = no pesticides and other bullshit America loads up our food with

True, organic COULD be a scam- I am a huge skeptic when it comes to shit like that- even though I do eat all organic, I'm not gonna disagree with you there- because you never REALLY know

And yes, broccoli is really not that great in terms of health benefits.. sure it's better than nothing and better than some other veggies, but if you want STRICTLY HEALTH BENEFITS, then spinach, broccoli, kale, watercress, mustard greens,collard greens, even ROMAINE lettuce (ANDI of 389) is better than broccoli etc etc etc.. again I could go on and on lol  HOWEVER; broccoli does taste better than all of those

(P.S. keep in mind, in order to fully receive the benefits, you have to eat all the vegetables raw.. (if you cook them, then the ANDI scores are altered)

On a diet, eat a lot of salmon. It does wonders especially if its of good quality. It contains a lot of protein and healthy beneficial fats, and takes long time for the body to digest. Its the number one food to shred fat and also contains creatine which increases your strength in the gym.
