At night my post workout meal is usually chicken with BBQ sauce cooked in the frying pan (very tasty) some broccoli (I kind of like it) handful of potato crowns thrown in the oven (yummy) and then a big bowl of reices ice cream or heath bar(best fucken ice cream in the planet) or a big bowl of cereal with whole milk. It helps fill in that extra space and gives you a satisfying full pumped feeling.

salt pepper, and a sauce called peter luger steak sauce, it is a sweet sauce with lots of horse radish, probably can find this made by different brand

the way u know the chicken is cooked is this, hold it by one end with tongs, shake it, the second u see that it begins to have a little bit of stiffness to it it is cooked, actually a little over cooked as u want it in the stage between looseness and stiffness

boil some pasta, 2 minutes before it is done thro win brocoli

in a small skillet put olive oil, lemon juice and lemon peel, and garlin that is not finely chopped so it does not burn, does not take long dont cook out the lemon

in a bowl put th epasta and brocoly, poor strained oil, then sliced chicjen breast

alternative is to make salad instead of pasta, use a dressing called newman's own creamy italian, thank me later. the two sauces go together perfectly

Sounds pertty good. Anything with pasta sounds good to me. I love that stuff.

Anyone eaten Ostrich or Kangaroo?  I eat organic ostraich meat a few times a month, and let me say, absoultuey delicious.  I can most desribe the quality, taste, look, and texture to that of Filet mignon.  Fellas you wouldn't know the difference between the two if I put them in front of you on a plate.  Ostrich meat is so tender and juicy  ;)  Also, it's leaner than chicken and turkey - (that people love to fucking rave about how healthy they are)

you take deer meet you put in skilet you cook....you put in some spices...you throw in jasmine rice,, you cook them both on pan ala fried rice style but with out the oily shit ,, you then put in a plate and eat....you finish up with icecream penut butter reases as much as needed to get the fat
