whats the verdict yay or nay ,granted smells like a trannys gooch but tastes just as good

You can make some quick meals and if you get the 12oz. Cans its about 65g of protein.
Throw in BBQ sauce, splash of vinegar and you have chicken bbq.
Miracle whip, celery, and some grapes make an ok chicken salad.
1/3 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup, can of peas and carrots and you have a crustless chicken pot pie (bread crumbs, onion powder, and black pepper make this pretty tasty.

I eat it every day for a snack to hold me over to lunch. I got tired of tuna and mercury.

I get ten pound packages of Chicken leg quarters and bake them all up at once...I then freeze each one in a plastic bag and eat them over a week...It's less expensive than the canned chicken.

Try mixing it in a blender with diet coke, like Matarrazzo used to do....

Canned chicken = scraps leftover from a chicken they just mix all of it together put it in a can so you really dont know whats in it.
