This enough calories...
« on: February 17, 2012, 03:04:51 PM »
Hey guys, I'm 25 6"1 210lbs. First cycle ever Test Cyp 500mg and Deca 250mg a week, and coming up on the 4th week. And I think I'm eating enough but I'm starving in-between meals, like ridiculous. Also drinking bout 3 litres water a day. Tell me if you think this is enough.

Meal 1:
1 Egg, 6 Egg Whites, 1 piece Whole Grain Toast

Meal 2:
Chicken or Beef with Cup Rice or a Potato and Greens, or Tuna Sand

Meal 3:
Same as above

Meal4:
Scoop Isolate, Handfull Almonds, Banana

Meal 5:
High Protein dinner, lots of things. (Healthy Stuff)

Meal 6:
Cottage Cheese ( Small bowl)

Add one 'dirty' meal and change the eggs to whole ones.

Bro, you pretty much answered your own question... If your starving between meals, EAT MORE.  Simple as that lol

Listen to your body... either eat more at your "meals" or eat whenever your hungry between "meals"

Yah for sure eh, just listen to the body; when it calls answer. Yah im trying to eat as lean as possible because I was heavier before and I know Test and Deca will give me some extra water retention so just trying to keep it as low as possible. Thanks for the input. Cheers!

looks good to me. will be hard to see bodyfat drops if you are holding water but you are definitely losing bodyfat while maintaining lean muscle on that diet (and probably growing to some extent).

Depends on your goals, If you want to remain skinny then yes that is fine but if you want to actually gain some muscle then you  need to up the cals no question.
