you either have the bone and tendoin strength or not,, yu will eb amzed with the regular looking fellas i see in gymasium around who squat 4 plates each side like there is no tomorow,, hairy fellas,, with gut,, soft gut.... fellas who realy look lik eaverage 45 year old family men lol yes yes ,, its all in the bone and tendoind strngth ,, ofcourse muscle will help duh,, but powerlifting is really nothign to di with how big your muscle is
