it was a little less herky jerky than i expected....his chest and shoulder workouts are hard to watch
this guy is beyond stupid. you just wonder why he has so many injuries... poor ROM and way to heavy weight.also what is with no clips on the barbells? Unless your doing superset heavy and light, you should be using at clips. to mention form has to be good. you can see he is just bouncing up and down and the plates are nearly falling off.stupid bodybuilder and will never be a mr olympia

Funny how he uses a neutral grip bar to bench press and struggles with 275lbs.Prob couldn't flat bend 350 for 2 clean reps
The 180lb dumbbell presses before that don't count?
