20-30 years ago they appeared in great shape and powerful.

However, today they've lost all their muscle, their hair has turned grey, and they have two knee replacements.

Despite these problems, they still think they're the old star athlete they were 20-30 years ago and try to walk around with their gut sucked in and puffing out their chest.
