How long is your cutting cycle?

normally i'd liek to run T3 for 6-8 weeks on, 4 weeks off

the plan is 16 weeks, and thats what i had planned, start at 25, then taper slowly up and down, just keep using during the whole 16, as ive seen alot of mixed opinions on how to use it Cool

im confused about t3,,,,doesnt it just make you burn more calories?  so isn't it the same as eating less?  i guess T3 is good if you dont wanna diet too hard and enjoy your food?  I just never understood it,,,,,does it burn pure fat or just burn more calories,,,,which could also be muscle tissue?

when you diet hard, your thyroid actually slows down, so T3 is a good thing to use while dieting.  It causes intense hunger for me after 50mcg's a day, so I usually never go over that.

And imo, it's useful only for thoses who have a slow metabolism, or maybe I'm wrong, If someone with a fast metabolism ever tried it here, how did it work ?

So what is the hormone that regulate our metabolism?

So what is the hormone that regulate our metabolism?
The thyroid hormones, thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), are tyrosine-based hormones produced by the thyroid gland primarily responsible for regulation of metabolism.
Thanks Wikipedia. :p

T3's IMO. I don't see the need to stack it or anything to the OP.
