If you're doing everything perfectly (actually everything) and no longer growing, that'd be a pretty good sign.

if you used gear for any decent ammount of length and had a base before hand, you're past your natural limit.

Take your height in CM and subtract 100. That is about your natural limit at about 4-5%

i always look leaner when im off  ??? but ive got a soft midsection either way..

leaner in the face?,,,, i knock 5 yrs off soon as i come off for a while!

i think alot of the pct protocols matter more as you get older and or use more/stay on longer, if your going to be having 6month to year/s off you realy want to look into it, hcg and nolva.... if your only comming off for a month or so your not realy comming off so it doesnt matter as much

Of course you'll lose muscle, it's impossible to not lose some if you're going to be off for an extended period of time.

In-order to gain the muscle on-cycle, it took a high influx of hormones to support the growth, and without this high influx of hormones to support it some is going to be lost.

depends on how big he is, but i doubt most gym rays would lose any muscle by going off provided their natural test production isn't severely depressed. size =/= muscle

key is to just keep training and diet in order.

could you explain this ?

do you mean like you get deflated, but once you get back on, the muscle blows up ? like how kevin levrone would look tiny in off season but huge in last 5 or so months of contest
