i think thats the name anyways having great success doing 5 squats then 5 pushups going all the way up to 300 a day

i used to to 10 squats 10 pushups but that tended to get demotivating because it was too difficult to reach my goal of 300 a day. using less reps is better

this training was theorized to be superior because you need to treat your body like a machine, you dont want to just break down the tires all in one workout you need to diverse the tension on the alternator, gas, axle and engine in order to not be demotivated to keep going

is that 300 of each per day? seems a lot to do every day, I always have a few days of rest and recreation between working out legs, especially when squating 40lbs dumbells.

other days I do 50 pushups, but that's in one workout.

do you split your workout to several times a day?

AJ's style of training, back in the early 70's was PHA orientated, according to him it gives best possible gains ie. The West Point Study
