Based on the law..genius.  Although in practice it isn't perfect (pay scale is not equal) its leaps and bounds above what is occurring in the middle east.   Women are allowed to vote and to make decisions for themselves such as who they marry and working outside the home.   Oh, and they aren't required to cover themselves head to toe in public.  And being stoned to death in public is not sanction by the government.   It amazes me when third-world idiots think their way of life is superior to the west.
