granted- DA is clearly unwell BUT the guy is a walking attentionwhore in several ways....I wouldn't put it behind him to fake this much like Raven Alexis did

JNN is spot fucking on. DA has been sickly and had meth scabs for over 6 years. Obviously, we're all starting from the common understanding that he is not a well man - even in 2005 people were telling him he looked ill and would run into serious trouble with his rec drug abuse, synthol addiction and high risk gay hooker lifestyle. The point is that this is staged attention whoring. He was probably going in for something totally routine and scheduled that was related to his long term illness and he couldn't resist taking a staged photo pulling his best Philadelphia sacked lawyer face with his rug slicked down and Yankees hat.

As Johnny says, it's a "work".

he doesn't need to, if he has no income to speak of, the hospital will pay for it and write it off as charity.
