I don't think it's a work... That photo was definitely taken in a hospital. That stuff on the wall has only been in Hospitals as far as anything I've ever seen.

I'm def guessing it's the oil. Like with Milos. Not gear. Imagine a clot of that shit getting into your blood stream. DA! If you make it out of this alive be honest with everyone. You could prevent alot of other people from making the mistake with excessive oil use or whatever the hell you were into. Given how staged that pic is I'd bet it's not really as serious as his claim of "heart kidney tie-in" problems. He put on his best "Philadelphia"face and slicked down his rug for the photo opportunity. He then got it rushed out onto the internets as soon as possible.
