the gym, or the fortress of iron as i like to call it, should be a pure, thick muscle zone. being surrounded by ogres and monsters of the iron, huge guys with massive arms and rippling pecs just makes me even more inspired to lift my hardest so that one day i will be a king of muscle just like they. having small feeble women at the gym just ruins this whole experience for me.. it's like having a girl in the army, we are all men here fighting together our battle against the weights, we are surrounded by muscle, sweat, blood and guts. and it is no place for a women.. i can't get motivated by seeing a scantily glad gym lady like i can a huge veiny pair of arms belonging to a huge bodybuilder i can't take my eyes off. but dare to make a 'male only' gym and you would probably be branded as sexist or worse.. i need to find a new iron dungeon gym, does anyone know of any hardcore places in melbourne?

good luck with that... hardcore gyms are almost all gone, now everything is about money,bodybuilders are no good for business, they break everything and dont buy a thing... the gym i go to is completely gay...all these chicks with their retarded isometrics routines,just fuking sad... luckily enough its A 24 hrs gym so i go when its almost empty, shoot me some tren ace with prop and a few halos and im off to war, living in my own world and always having great workouts its what is all about 4 me//// sadly enough every once in a while i have to go at odd time and be there with all them fatty loosers, same ppl year after year, looking exactly the same shit, they ask me how come im always growing?? im like i dunno,and go off my buziness .

Best thing i ever did was buying my mp3 player... its a god send and just tells ppl, dont bother me...good luck on your search pal.

My gyms ok, the women mostly keep on the cross fit trainers etc, weight room is 95% male. Just keep out at peak times if you can

it doesnt matter for me if the gym is full of men or women i just dont like it when it's very full!!.. i like to go early when there are 10-15 ppl maximum training.. men or women i dont care.. i just like to finish quickly and go
