Saitama Super Arena. What can I say?

UFC will never be PRIDE. Ever. The UFC will forever be a lesser promotion, a typically American white trash affair, and the most the UFC can ever hope for is to try to emulate and bask in the glory of the greatest MMA promotion ever. This is the closest that it will ever get. Enjoy UFC.

Hmm... I wouldn't go that far. Japan knows production value but nothing will ever compare to the epic Pride entrances, Lenne Hardt (lol), etc, etc.

UFC's production is shit. PRIDE spent more money for a single of it's events than the UFC spends in a whole year. It is actually highly embarassing. The Japanese public might be thinking what kind of shitty little promotion the UFC might be. No openings. No announcers. No special effects. No lighting effects. No fireworks. Just a cage with cheap lights lightening it up and Bruce Buffer yelling on a microphone. LOL, how pathetic. Dana White and the Fertitas are embarassing themselves and the U.S by showing how cheap the UFC is.

That was pretty epic. And the slam was pretty brutal too. Sucks he lost his bearings and didn't get the decision though.

Yeah, that slam was vintage Rampage. It is obvious that being at the Saitama Super Arena and fighting in front of the Japanese crowd inspired him to bring the old Rampage back. The ghost of 2004 Rampage was strong in this fight. Too bad the inspiration couldn't give him gas or takedown defenses.
