When looking back at pics like this and not seeing guts,muscle tears,small tight waistlines,and good proportions, with minimal or no SEO,it makes me feel bad for the clowns competing today.........psuedo bodybuilders who rely on juice alone and nothing else.

Not all are clowns,but you guys know who I mean.

too much food,relying on drugs instead of cardio,too tired from stuff to train,fill muscle with oil to compensate,,,,shame,,,80's guys drugged hard as well but looked the part shrunken cheeks,tight skin,waist,proportionate legs to torso,and dieted/cardio ,,yes they used fatburners,diuretics,escicleine in the end product but the passion seemed more to train then get to the stage to present it.

Bunch of lazy fucks...........I really admire the old school dudes.......used a lot of gear,but dieted their balls off,trained hard,never missing a day,and did their cardio.......that takes passion as well as balls because it ain`t easy.

The training was done for the love of training,now it`s just half assed half reps with big weights and shitty form,and upping the dosage.

ur right about the tears,,gaspari towards the end ,,the guy trained insane....otherwise most guys had clean lines...

oldschool bbing= training for hte passion

modern bbing= training because gear are useless if you don't lift, training to break the muscle and make slin gh and ass go into.

huge, wide and amazing back.

huge pecs, great delts

tiny waist.

both had shitty abs.

but Ronnie also had quads and bis.

Haney and coleman are more or less cut from the same cloth, when both under 250lbs....they are ALOT alike physiues Comparable, slimmer lines, muscle insertions etc only difference IMO is Coleman had bigger arms and quads........thats it.
