the problems in rio for example can not be compared to us or euro countries...

i have spent time in cities where people do not even lock their doors at night....
i have lived here for a good 3 years now.... how much time did you spent here in Brasil?
also i have lived in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.... so i have material to compare....

since portugal is close to spain... sure genetic it can be that a lot of bloodlines are related..... Same thing for Netherlands and Germany/Belgium etc etc... yet culturally totally different....
