The Lost Party The strangest primary season in memory reveals a GOP that’s tearing itself apart. By John Heilemann John Heilemann notes many Republicans "are already looking past 2012. If either Romney or Santorum gains the nomination and then falls before Obama, flubbing an election that just months ago seemed eminently winnable, it will unleash a GOP apocalypse on November 7 -- followed by an epic struggle between the regulars and red-hots to refashion the party. And make no mistake: A loss is what the GOP's political class now expects." Said GOP strategist Ed Rollins: "Six months before this thing got going, every Republican I know was saying, 'We're gonna win, we're gonna beat Obama.' Now even those who've endorsed Romney say, "My God, what (an effing) mess."' LMFAO - saving this one for November 7, 2012 when the communist ghetto anti-american marxist zealot thugbama gets sent home.
house divided cannot stand. you have to choose if you're tea party or moderate. unite and you destory obama.
By the time November rolls on - the party will come together with one unifing theme - HATRED OF OBAMA AND THE RESULTS OF HIS POLICIES INTENDED TO DESTROY AMERICA
hmmm, i dunno if they will. it's been over 3 years of obama reign. they're as divided today as they were on election day. the MINORITY of the party supports romney. And he'll probably get the nomination. When you have 3/4 of the party loving tea party ideals, we may have 2008 all over again, wht 18% of repubs just staying home.
2009 - Christie took out corzine and Brown took out the swimmers' seat, 2010 - GOP tsunami vs. the communists, and 2012 as gas goes to $5, ue rises, etc - obama is done, maybe in mondale fashion.
do you have any polls showing GOP enthusiasm anything near 2010 levels?
Go back to the months preceding the mid terms - who was more accurate - you or me?
you were. and poll data supported you all along. i went against that.this time, poll data supports my thesis that you repubs are losing enthusiasm damn fast. and you are the one saying , "no but I got a good feeling about this one..."LMAO
Ghettobama's polling is being artificially propped up by NY, Cali, IL, black votes, etc that dont matter in a national election. BTT the election rolls around in november, everyone will be ready to march your hero out of the WH.
I thought you said obama has an automatic 45% because of the minority vote, lib guilt, etc.how can they 'not matter' but at the same time give him 45% of the votes.Did the black vote "not matter" in 2008 when obama won north carolina and FL? What the hell are you talking about lol
Black vote did not matter in 2008 but add some votes to the pop vote total. Even Mccain won NC and FL he still would have lost.
Really? Cause the WSJ has the data to prove without the black vote, it woudl have been a mccain victory by .3 in 2008. Yes, the black vote DID matter. Won obama the election.http://blogs.wsj.com/numbersguy/did-race-win-the-election-for-obama-487/
And? The electoral college would not have resulted in a mccain victory. it would have been a gore bush situation. What got obama elected were delusional white idiots.
