funny how he talks about the fact that he thinks its a good idea to completely ignore arms at time - dont train them at all -  but he says that while we watch a video of him dedicating an entire workout to biceps alone.  ;D

I like Evan, he looks like a smart guy.

But he needs to balance his physique, before is too late...

His midsection is getting out of control, everybody knows he needs chest, and more arms, the rest is good. top3.
