OP, theoretically adrenaline may help improve your strength if your parasympathetic nervous system is more stimulated than your sympathetic nervous system, but I don't see how it would make much of a difference if you're already 'psyched up' for a lift

You could stuck the needle in to your shoulder and walk around the gym with it.

Before each set you push the seringe by 1iu but you keep it stucked in there. Then you do your reps to failure or injury.

Very important: always keep needle stucked in so adrenaliana will be in blood!!!!!

You might need to go to a old school powerlifting board to get an answer from guys that used it, but it was used by a few folks during the early 80's. I remember a couple of guys saying that it was good for a few pounds on a lift, but not a giant amount. The down side was that you felt like @#$% afterward for a while.

You might still be able to find the epinephrine for sale in vet and livestock supply houses, they still sold it a few years back.
