I know this is an old post of yours.. but I found it interesting. I also see your active still so I know you'll see this post.

I lived an India for 4 months and went vegetarian. I understand the science behind avoiding animal proteins as much as possible and its relation to cancer overall. I am married to a nutritionist.
Curious as to what you eat to get your protein and calories. Whats a typical meal consist of ? How much supplementation do you use for protein vs food proteins.
I lost alot of muscle while in India. I also felt very healthy being vegetarian. Currently I am eating animal protein like a crazy animal to get in top form again but I have always found the vegetarian to be difficult to maintain to put it mildly.
is it stubborness? i know some really cant handle being ridiculed but its time to grow up. when people get ridiculed it throws them in rebellious mode and they continue to make bad decisions. I dont mean these people lash out immaturely but they hold a silent grudge against sound advice.
being a vegetarian is great i had FOUR SHITS back to back this morning
IM NEVER EVER SICK
NEVER BLOOD IN MY STOOL
everything works fine, no inflamed hemroids or anything. so im like wtf at you people , get the fuck off the meat its killing you
