If you cringe when you see that thread title, if you really don't want to hear "parker/gangsterlean" and his wigger friends calling Menudo and Color Me Badd "the shit" from "back in the day", if you don't see the value of "Parker's Bodyingbuilding Old Skool Jam of The Day..." in relation to bodybuilding, please speak up on this thread.
