Democratic presidents are smarter than Republican presidents, but the difference is small. Politicians are usually not very smart people. I agree in regards to Clinton. 182 is incredibly high. 137 sounds right.
However, Carter has a verifiable IQ of 176. He was better suited to be an intellectual than a leader.
I think the rest are fairly accurate.

IQ 176 would be above Darwin, Kepler and Descartes and on the level of Kant, Hugo Grotius and Leibniz. The statistical probability of IQ 176 is exactly one in a million. I think given his credentials, IQ 146 or even 156 is belieavable for Carter, but not 176. A man with IQ 176 should be able to make a Harvard professor(IQ 150) feel like a dumbass, and I don't think Carter is this intelligent.
