I think his proportions are still pretty good for someone so huge. He has the right height, width, leg-length, torso length, head size, etc, combined with the huge muscles. His physique could be the standard silhouette for the idealized bodies of superheroes and cartoon characters ..

The guys who make these sorts of exaggerated muscle-men need to study Ruhl. (in this case note how He-man's teardrops are too small, and his quads are anatomically incorrect)
