I`m serious,these threads are great.
I do cook or bake everyday and its probably the most zen thing anyone can do and with a great result at the end.
I also have all the Nutritional Information calculated for everything I make which some would probably find useful. I know I do, which is why I am able to remain in a perpetual state of lean-ness and great health.
I have a bit of a sweet-tooth at times and must admit to Falconing it at times-Meatless for periods of time by default-depending on what we have planned. Other times we fry an entire bird with Crackling Buttermilk Biscuits.
One thing I don`t do is eat an overly meat centered diet as by default I tend to fall into Thomas Jefferson`s (America`s Culinary Forefather, who introduced us to Tomatoes, French Fries, Ice Cream, Macaroni and Pasta among tons of other things) Philosophy. Although I do enjoy a good burger and Hungarian Beef Stew and Short Ribs and Racks of Baby Back Ribs from time to time.
