fuck me my youtube streaming is still fuking slow after running "advanced system care" to fix my computer. what the hell do i need to do. i tried reinstalling flash player done all the defragging and everything, even using google chrome yet still streamin youtube or porn is almost undoable

You got Malware or a Virus Falcon, pornsites are notorious for downloading the shit to your computer. Advanced System Care is just  trying to get yo money.
