he always mentions he has above average genetics, or this and that is superior..... not sure if he mentioned it in this vid but if u take a look at this fellas pics before aas and even when on aas only, his genetics absolutely suck.  he has a good hookup to humatrope or genotropin and abuses the shit out of it... thats about it, i bet his response to steroids are on the low end as well.  other than that, decent guy lol

he looks and sounds depressed and lost, also yawning in the gym... I wander what happened, looks like he lost/losing his drive for bodybuilding in general, there's no sparkles in his eyes not very good... he reminds me of Levrone, but Levrone had his own reasons for that... Evan is just starting

C'mon mang.

It's massive intake of HGH + HIGH, HIGH DOSE ANABOLICS.

He hasn't lost his drive, in fact he has obviously gone all in/full throttle!

I was just gonna` say the same thing.

Low carbs and training hard twice a day, and cardio, kind of takes its toll on a person after 16-20 weeks of the shit over and over.  ;D

on the contrary, he sounds like he found the path long ago and is just waiting for the trail to end.

I know he's very very dedicated, I mean the man would leave bday party to go to the gym (real story) but in one of his vids where he trained  chest he said something like "I dont know why am I doing this, am I doing this for my wife? No. My daughter? No. She doesn't care how her dad looks or what he does" etc he just sounded lost, in his words - not just in his looks.

Anyways hope he's alright and will kick some ass. Btw last year at flex pay attention how he looks on those pics like he saw a ghost or something

gh15 has filled your head with all drugs all drugs people forgot about the dieting and training part. this is the suffering the bros used to do in the 80's and 90's. they dieted for real. pay the price.

Evan's cheeks are getting sunken and jaw muscles showing. its diet.

You ‘ve clearly never been shredded to the bone (I'm talking striated glutes etc.) for weeks and weeks building up to a bodybuilding contest. it's no bed of roses! It fucks with your head, your body and mind will fight you, sometimes you will question your own sanity, Why you are going through this suffering and is doing this even worth it etc. Pro BB aren't bullet proof, they're still human. I guarantee they have their self-doubts, emotional ups and downs from time to time just like you and me.

Food deprivation can sometimes make you get very philosophical & thought patterns become very out there..e.g. like in that video of Kai with his bloodshot eye. A lot of bodybuilders get like this. I think it's because your body and mind sense you are in a way dying, so you can start to get all spiritual, it's weird. I believe that's one of the reasons why monks and holy men fast, to bring on this state of mind.

When you get really low body fat it can be uncomfortable at times (no padding) you don't sleep well, you get anxiety/moody sometimes, you have massive swings in emotion from feeling on top of the world to feeling like death warmed up. Sometimes you feel like you are the only person in the world doing this, an outsider, selfish, alone.

it's not always like this, but in the end, during the hard part of prep it can be. There is no easy way, it's hard and that's how it should be.

After the contest when he's eaten some good food, celebrated, reconnected again...all is forgotten. (This drive is human nature - to forget the bad and remember the good)..and then he'll start to plan for the next contest and do it all over again...
