the question shouldn't be why does she deserve it, she is entitled to it.  The US taxpayers should be concerned with the youths health and how many illegitimate children are running around committing crime.  You can't have it both ways.  

If you don't help her out, crime will go up, if you help her out, a fraction of your tax that get's taken out of your paycheck will go to it and by fraction I mean 1/10,000 th of the tax you pay or even less, so why make such a big deal about it?
