He seems like a nice guy and he handles criticism really well, there are many other people on here

ive got some good advice on here already from some good dudes. just curious as to what another seemingly knowledgeable dude on here had to say. just weighing options is all, i have a plan now though thanks to one of our great members

lol its cool man. and na this isnt my best shape, carrying some extra fat, but ultimately wanna be bigger and leaner/ but leaning down is first priority. damn lol im not that bad looking am i? i honestly think i look good at least in real life haha. hell people on another board thought i looked good too, not great but good.

here is a pic of me last summer, about 20lbs less, obviously leaner. shoulda got a little leaner before bulking back up i guess,but eh what ya gonna do. binge eating after t3 didnt help either
