How Long Before Chick Is Working For Dave Palumbo?

To sum up: BSN made quick work of Chick after he failed to learn the product line. Joe Weider realized that Chick was no longer relevant and cut the cord. My buddy over at Bodybuilding.com told me that the day Russ fired Chick, he threw a chicken breast in the microwave, walked out and fired Chick, and walked back in just as the microwave started beeping that his chicken was ready. And now Bob Chick is working for MD. They don't allow him to post on Getbig, so something good is coming from it. So how long until MD realizes Chick just doesn't connect with their audience? The arrogance and evasiveness is a huge turn off. I give it 6 months before they give him the boot and he washes up on Dave Palumbo's front door.

probably because he's trying to be a relevant player in a rotten industry (calling himself the "athletes' rep" etc. haha oh brother) dutifully dishing out the party line and putting a positive spin on what's usually a joke and embarrassment.

He gets paid to support whatever company he works for just like anyone else does.

Not his fault the way this industry is run..................he has a wife and kid to support.

Just my opinion as he doesn`t need me to defend him,as he does OK by himself.

I still think the guy is cool.

For a third tier bodybuilder hes doing pretty damn good for himself. If BSN fired him because he sucked I doubt he would have gotten the job at BB.com. If he sucked at that I doubt he would have gotten the job at MD. including all the other things he's been/still involved with.

He got fired from bb.com before he went to work for (and got fired from) BSN. And I understand its been day by day at MD.
