You stay in the few IU range even for many years you won't have any structural or intestinal growth.

Save the fat loss aspect, i don't think you need Gh unless you want to walk around at bodybuilder size.

I don't think i would ever bother going over 200lb tbh.

Sounds like a good cycle for a fitness competitor or a fake natural. Pharm grade var and GH would be awesome if you didn't want to pin anything or blow up and deflate just as quickly.
