Worst: scots-irish (however I think that's because they don't stay out of the sun. Sun ages pale skin quickly)

My aunts and uncles and father all look 20 years younger than they really are. A diet with fish, olive oil, and vegetables especially peppers keeps them looking very young. My aunt takes a shot of olive oil and eats lightly boiled garlic every day. She's at least a pack a day smoker since she was 13 she's now 70 something hasn't had any health problems at all. They lived in Greece for a long time.

Ya pic of my dad at 62 years old. Still runs 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week. Does a lot of functional training. Follows the spartan diet. Works 7 days a week. Im real proud of him great man. We all have very dark skin.

You know, some people refer to olive skin as having the ability to tan. I can be white as a ghost when avoiding the sun or as dark as your pops(looks great btw) when getting some exposure to it. Are you guys the same?

He's a bit darker than me. He's 100 percent I'm half and the other half is German and Irish. I have pretty dark skin in the summer I get very dark. People think I'm mixed with black or latino.

I have a feeling my skin isn't going to look to good by the time I'm 40-50 years old. I'm always outside in the summer. I live down south now the sun just feels harder down here. I just started using sun block. I haven't gotten some pretty serious sun burns over the years. As you can see I'm pretty dark to begin with so I never really saw a need for sunblock. Hopefully it doesn't get all leathery. If I can ever afford it I would like to see what a low dose of gh does for it.

I used to tan ALOT when I was younger, I literally looked almost black, probably darker than Makaveli lol and he's fucking dark. Naturally my skin isn't pasty white but I'm definitely not dark anymore.....just not worth it to me. I tan to get vitamin d but I cover my face most of the time, no point looking 40 at 25 that is old and leathery. I really wonder what these women are thinking honestly, I see these gorgeous girls in their thirties with this aged skin from overtanning in their younger days, that's stupid  woman's skin is everything.

 But ...you do look better with a tan as a man, no question about it you are putting yourself in a better position to get more pussy with women when darker complexion. Afterall High levels of Testosterone have been shown to darken skin pigmen in studies. Most  love pale women though...
