Im pretty sure we know he means hgh. Not human grade. He forgot the h at the end. 

Morning first thing eat 45 min later.  Or post workout especially running blasts.

Before bed too.  Or middle of night

Bottom line. No one knows.  Just try out few diff ways am see what works best for you. 

Personally I do it 3 times a day. So I do first thing. Post workout an before bed

Well the insert that came with my pharma grade gh says to take at bed time subq. I suppose they spent a lot of money on research before bringing a drug out on the market.

why do some people say emty stomach?  i thought growth did not need to be taken away from food?  that would be a pain

Most of the clinical trials i have read say to take it before bed.

I don't think it matters much for our purposes.

I shoot 3iu first thing in the morning and 3iu about 1 hour before bed.

Also, a lot of GH Vet's say to stagger your daily shots and keep the body confused. I have been doing this the last 2 weeks and can't tell any difference. I just pick random times to shoot throughout the day instead of following a set standard. They say this mimics the body's own GH production.

I watched a video or a couple of doctors talking about it and they said protocol would suggest taking your dose split in the day, but said studies showed no difference than taking one shot a day.

It's up to you.

best time is to take it early in the morning (if you lift later in the day) or after your workout.  But really just fill a needle and shoot the fucking thing daily.
