who would you use for a coach

hey guys been doing my own preps for a while now was wondering whose good i heard hany and george and fakari mubrak are good but wont pay any mind to you if you arent a pro or top leverl national guy any ideas on who to choose

if you really need these so called "gurus" as a amateur i would try palumbo, then once you get ya pro card upgrade  to ( rimjob or farakhan)

A friend of mine is a figure competitor who trains at the same gym as I do... he made her travel to him every time the two would meet, and then the day of the contest he basically became a ghost to her... turned out he had like 10 + competitors spread across figure and mens bodybuilding at a local show and attended to only about 1 or 2 competitors who he was confident would win and never even went back stage once to speak with my friend or give her any sort of direction the day of the show.

Also, not a story I directly witness, but through a close grapevine I learned that he fucked up a male bodybuilders diuretic protocol and left the guy with bad edema.

yeah that sucks, better go with a local guy who is less popular if you need more directions. These guys obviously don't give a fuck

yes i to heard horror stories bout fakari some thing similar to as he dont pay attention to anyone except top guys and etc same for george and hany i know that as a fact cause couple people i know told me to stay clear from them

i dont see the need for a coach. all the coaches diets are out there and there all pretty much the same.just because someone happens to train a gifted athlete with good results am or pro doesnt make them aguru, just lucky.anyone can take there diets off the web and modify them for them selves with the same results.but you do have the "i have a trainer" motovational factor which will produce results.
