People tend to forget that judges loved Flex. He won over half of the pro contest he entered. Only thing that kept him winning the O was Ronnie's and Dorian's legendary conditions.

When the legends of 90s retired they left huge void that was never filled. Ronnie held the flag to internet-era. All seemed well in 2001-2004. There was new prospects coming and boards were full of people interested in bodybuilding but all was on Ronnie's shoulders. When Ronnie began to fade there was no one to carry on and bodybuilding is still stuck.

We're still waiting the new dawn.. when personalites and genetics return.

Branch was maybe better than badell and that other guy who came in last place.  I would put him about 12th at the AC 2012

1993 Flex was almost perfect....but that didnt last for long. I have always said that it was one of the Greatest physiques of all time, however a delicate balance that would not look as pristine if changed.
