BiGHer offseason progress 3-6-12
« on: March 06, 2012, 08:08:56 AM »
Here are some photos from my latest set of progress pics.  Let me know what you all think.  No, I'm not attention whoring, but I do like the constructive feedback that some of you take the time to provide.  Any weaknesses you want to point out are great, but I also encourage giving suggestions on how I could improve upon them.  As usual, it's the thunderdome so feel free to flame on at will lol  ;D

Weight is going between 250 and 256 depending on time of day, meals I've had, etc... Looks like I'll be competing toward the end of the year.  Probably do something at the regional or local level to hopefully grab a qualification and then make some solid improvements between now and 2013 when I'd like to step on one of the National stages...

lol..this scranny assed ni99a always mentioning money , yes you need money to go Pro or even compete but money doesnt buy you  genetics nor heart..remember you need HEART.  to endure the hard sessions , diets , .pussies cant handle it..., DEDICATION , consistency etc..if not every "rich" bodybuilder would make it to the big shows...

Great legs and arms  ;)

you have a long torso, need to pop some serious mass on chest and delts+lats in order to look really impressive.

What's your current stack ?

Looking very good bro.......no glaring weaknesses and really good proportionate size!!

I will say,to concentrate more on back width, lower lats, and back thickness..........not being a prick, but I feel if you could bring this up a bit, you`d be real hard to beat.

Big props!

I wasn't trying to say anything bad about him at all. Quit trying to cut people down and start shit. Don't tell me about heart. I've played real sports at high level I know what it takes sacrafice train your ass off to be a good athlete. Just because someone doesn't have the genetics for bodybuilding doesn't mean they don't have heart. I know I don't have the genetics to be a bodybuilder. I was built to be a runner football player but I love bodybuilidng. I bust my fucken ass everyday, spend the extra money, and put the time into what I have achieved.

Mon_of_Steel: Not Bi, only the ladies for me... sorry pal.

Metabolic: Fortunately I do have a regular job and career.

Everyone else... definitely need more chest and back.  I need get WIDER and THICKER all over.

My legs are just genetic... I train my ass off, don't get me wrong.  If I didn't train legs for a while though, I really wouldn't lose much size.
