This is why people hate government assistance programs, there is so much fraud & abuse.  She seemed in no hurry to find a job either, just like half the people on assistance.  There should be mandatory work of some kind for anyone receiving assistance that is able bodied.

If you are on assistance, the government has every right to dictate where & how that money (our tax dollars) is used...ie..food, clothes, shelter, utilities, necessities, etc.
There is so little accountability with these programs, definitely need to be overhauled.

I think Reagan once said...you measure the success of welfare not by how many people are recipients but by how many people have transitioned off assistance.

It's a systematic fault of big government.  No specifically any president's fault.  That is the whole point, big government systems are inefficient and plagued with fraud & abuse (and duplication).
We have to have assistance programs but there must be accountability and better efficiency.

Why is it one or the other? I blame both. I believe in personal responsibility and this sack of crap has no integrity, pride or honor and she is taking OUR money while having half a million.
