You shouldn't be on welfare when you have 500k+ in your bank account.  99.9% of people could pay off all of their debt, and still have a few hunded thousand left over.  Get a job bitch.

A million dollar is actually little money. So how do you expect this kind of losers to really do anything with it? They buy a couple of shitty houses that they can't rent properly or won't ever make any significant profit from, add a useless car. She probably spent about 40-50k for it, thinking that's not overprice without thinking that it was about 5% of the prize money and that also will lose value.

I see nothing wrong with this, if she qualifies for the entitlements then she has earned them.  If she doesn't have a job, this is not income from a job, it is one time winnings.  You conservatives can't seem to grasp this.

dont blame her, blame the system that takes a year to get someone in need help, and a year to turn off the faucet after the person gets rich.

I think it's great, it's more social vigilantes like these are needed, there is no real effective way to stand up to western governments, so the only way to weaken them is to rip them off!  Don't think the Government isn't investing millions in strategic legal ways to fuck you hard up the arse!

The government wants us all to fight among ourselves while they are strategically stealing from the system. This story was reported for one reason and one reason only. And that's to invoke emotions. There are thousands of old people who live on land worth well over 500 grand collecting money/food stamps from the government. Every city has these older people who refuse to sell their childhood home/land even though they can barely pay the taxes on it. When someone speaks of these older people, we hear words like "that's wrong", or "so sad they have to give up their home"... Money is money...

x2, people are outraged at this story, but are ok with the banks stealing and money changing all the day long.

500,000 is really not that much money especially if you spend it immediately on houses.

I was thinking the same thing.  That's a down payment around here.  :-[

It really is a medical anomaly about just how mentally fucked up liberals really are. Damn, the lack of commonsense is non-existent. Sad.

The government taxed her winnings down to like 500,000. I think she's entitled to her welfare tbh.

I get free doughnuts from walmart every morning brought to me :) well if you consider banging a chunky 21 your old free but these are the best doughtnuts walmart has bavarian filled choclate covered bizmarks :) not just a few bags of doughnuts :D It helps since the nation wide walmart bann i have. I do sneak in walmart occasionaly still though. This woman isnt the problem its the system if she dont get it someone else will my thoughts on the issue is you just as well get anything free they will give if you don't someone else will that prolly dont need it anymore. I agree its fucked up but its not our fault the systems broke.
