since Ronnie 99 came AFTER dorian 93, by definition he advanced the sport to a level ABOVE that of dorian who came before him (since its impossible to 'advance' the sport by going backwards (it would be a fallacy)

so yes, he DOES state by definition that ronnie 99 was better than dorian 93 and all who came before.

its simple logic.
