ive been eating excess calories for a few years now. it reaches a point where you stop gaining fat im 315 now im 6feet6 and no i dont look good "right now", but i will
the excess calories are energy that can either be locked up and stored to fat or unleashed and used for energy if you eat enough raw greens IMO. that is what im testing out now because ive done it before, but before i wasnt this heavy and fat..
but i have no choice other than to do it this way, this way is the only way i can maximize the greens in my diet.
dieting strict would mess me up at my job id be way to tired to mow and paint
but i will workout as much as i can
this diet is hyper nutrition, i should recover fast with all the greens and excess calories. its not like ive eating 6000 calories per day to weigh 315, i probably averaged 3000-4000 calories a day. i think much of the weightgain could be from rebound weight gain from years of being hard on my body with dieting and exercise, so my rebound was mostly fat then muscle and water weight
