46 cm cold .. what does this mean in inches? They look very big.

a bit over 18 inches

so what's your bodyfat? and are you wet, dry, or semi-dry?

I am puffy at night and drier in the morning .. I'd say I am about 8-9% at most ...

so why is this a benchmark for big arms? I thought big begins at around 48cm
