Hey Swami, yes i took some time off frm the 'super supps' right after the Universe last year. Lost 11 lbs in 3 months. Also i took it slow in training and diet (very low protein, moderate carbs and good fats) to give my liver and kidney a break. Been back to serious last 3 weeks and already have gained 5 lbs. Its all good. I will do the Asian and World Championships in Sept and Dec respectively this year. Cheers!

Most people avoid the subject entirely but it's better to just be quiet about it and not go as far as to deny it completely. It's a part of the game and you handle the subject very respectfully. At this level there are no "cycles". Even gym rats don't come off save for rare occasions like trying to have a kid, taking a deliberate break, taking an unplanned break due to medical challenges, etc. Blast and cruise, blast and cruise, pre contest, off season, pre contest, off season.

You are wrong dude. I was not on anything at all for 3 months. You must understand that im not a pro now. I dont have to play the size game anymore. When i go off, i go completely off. Yes, i get smaller but im looking at the big pix coz i know i will be even etter when i start my next cycle coz i have completely cleaned my receptors. Cheers!
