Girlfriend really thinks her friend wasn't putting her hands behind her back because he was stopping her from it. Then she seems surprised when her friend doesn't put her arms behind her back when he lets go.. that cracked me up..

Wasn't impressed with the officers ability to control his subject. I saw no reason he couldn't put the cuffs on while she was leaning over the counter.

Had he done that, it would have avoided the body slam that looked awful on video but had little impact on the subject.

I would say he did the best job he could, given the situation. To be honest, I used to hate cops, but now I am starting to feel sympathy for them when i see these videos. It seems the job is just getting worse and worse with these thugs recording every time someone gets arrested. this broad was obviously resisting arrest and the other bitch was just instigating and making the whole thing worse.

If that kind of shit happened here in California, the women would've been tazed and for good fucking reason. People like those 2 are horrible. No shame whatsoever. Did you notice how the woman with camara phone was talking so nicely to the white cop that came in and arrested her? She was calling him sir and complying with his orders.
