Before I get started this is not directed at the true natural bodybuilders or people who study PHD's or any other form of qualification in general. This is about the countless amount of people who are in a position of influence or media attention who claim natural status and use their expert knowledge, superior genetics and PHD's in given fields to justify their physiques when really these people owe their physiques to the drugs they secretly take and lie about.

Bodybuilding is a dark dark world of lies and foul play, especially around the sport as there is large amounts of money up for grabs and many want a slice of the pie. The money up for grabs come from varying avenues however it all boils down to one basic concept that all the fitness industry use to make their money.. That is they, being the people with the good body’s have a physique that you want whether it is a fitness model, a bodybuilder or someone who is just in dam good shape, they have it, you don't and the fitness industry is the magical power that knows how to take you there..

Let's face it every single day you cannot get away from it, it is everywhere, people with very good physiques advertising that they are pinnacles of health and how their knowledge of diet and exercise, the human body, hard work and some convenient supplementation from their sponsor is what got them there. Well for most of them they used more than help from Mr MuscleTech.. they used drugs!

Drugs for keeping looking good in the fitness industry and anywhere that is in the media's spot light are everywhere. They are in every gym, every sports centre, anywhere someone is competing in a sport, trying to better them selves physically you can guarantee people will be using drugs. Now to Get Biggers this may be no surprise, there are a few exceptions who hang around in the supplement threads etc who have got the wool pulled over their eyes completely! However the majority of the Get Biggers know the script, they may not know what the real levels are required to get from A to B but they at least know you can't be 220lbs of ripped muscle (5'10ft) on creatine and protein powder alone.
You are not going to walked around at 5% dry all year round in good shape naturally without some sort of extra help.
The human body is just not supposed to be this way, yeah some have a better starting point and some can achieve a decent physique naturally with allot of hard work, but they will never ever have that premium figure front page magazine look you see in all the major magazines unless they take some form of drug or have heavy photoshopping.

The fact is the average guy when they get started is way out in the cold with nothing but lies in magazines and books written by liars to get them started. It is no wonder most of them never get anywhere for years! This is the average guy who walks into the gym for the first time with the pipe dream of getting bigger and more attractive muscles and in better shape overall and actaually sticks at it:

1)He s unhappy with his body the day he walks into the gym for the 1st time

2)He has seen a physique in a book, magazine, TV, public etc that appeals to him which he aspires to be like over the forecomming months/years. The chances are this physique that inspired him is beyond his natural ability as the person has used some form of drug to look like this (face fact not many sign up to the local weights gym with Mr Bean as their role model)

3)He starts to train and for the first few weeks/months makes good gains quickly in strength and some muscle enlargement (if he lucky)

4) He hits a brick wall and all of a sudden just can't seem to get anywhere, for some this is from day one!

5) He looks around the gym and see's many guys who are bigger and better than him and desperately tries to find out the secret by as he naïvely thinks that he drugs are the lazy way to do things. In his quest of searching the internet, reading books, watch video clips and talking to the local fitness instructor he sees so much about supplements every corner he turns that they just have got to work because so many people with good body's are backing them. Then it starts..

This has been most of us, we get tied up in this path, some for years and waste $$$$$$$$$$$$'s trying all sorts of crap products in fancy packets with fancy flavours and kid our selves that some of this shit actually works. The fact is 99% of the shit out there is useless to you, some of it is actually bad for your health! The only stuff that worked has gotten banned. How much have you wasted on supplements before you learned to truth? Or maybe some of you have still yet to learn it and still are spending $$$$$'s on shit products that get you know where when the guy next to you in the gym seems to get better everytime you see him!

It's the blind leading the blind in some cases, some of these not so in the know nutritionist PHD sort have even been brainwashed into thinking they know lots about the human body and teach the crap onto other people that fancy supplements can work through some sort of theory axis that was made up by some scientist on a parole for Mr MuscleTech! The fact is we know next to nothing about the human body, next to nothing at all, only the things we can see with our eyes we can try to understand.

We have your Layne Norton & Kris Gethin sort who use their PHD as part as a cover for the fact they use drugs to achieve their looks. Lets face it the smarter Get Biggers in the know who use drugs or study drugs to enhance physiques know  this these guys lie and the reasons they do it but Mr & Mrs General Public does not. Mr & Mrs General Public buys into this crap and wastes hard earned money, precious time and  possibly their health on following these scammers which allows them to get rich or make a living out of you whilst they have their physiques and you never achieve yours.

Well maybe this will change, maybe with the right angle more people can be saved from the years of wasted time and money that many of us on here have faced already. This will never be stopped, but the more people that are showed the truth from an early stage, the better it will be. Im not saying we should go to the local school and say kids to look like Mr Cutler here you want to take this, this and this for 20 years... But what I a saying is the people should be shown a realist image of what they can achieve naturally with real food, hard work and little to no supplementation and hopefully for most of them this will be enough to keep them happy and not being sold a pipe dream of something they will never achieve and be miserable for their failures! For the others that want more than the natural achievements they should be directed in the correct way to stack compounds and what dosages are likely to give what gains. They should be shown the truth of what it really takes to be 240lb of muscle at 5'10ft and how many drugs they will need to take to be like this. This for many will actually put them off and maybe just staying in shape will be better for them. For those who have the dream to be big and ripped, nothing will stop them, they should be shown the right way to do it, what it takes and save them years of lost money and time.

There is one place that is coming that brings this hope and that is the GH15 website... Of course it will not touch everyone, but it may reach out for those that search for it and disrupt the Layne Norton's, Mr MuscleTech's, MD Supplement Superstore's and everyone else who sells a shit product with a fancy gimmick to take your hard earned cash away from you and leave you with nothing to show for it.

Drugs are not the answer for everyone, nor should they be promoted as they are, but the knowledge needs to be available to the general public so they can learn what is really used and done to look a certain way.

I'm thinking that steroid using bodybuilders claiming to be natural isn't really that big a deal....

Nobody knows who any of these fucks are anyway.

The deal is that people follow their words like sheep and buy into all the crap they promote. It is a lie, it gets these people no where other than wasting time, cash and possibly health. If they stood up there and said I am natural I take no supplements what so ever and get all my requirements from food alone then I would not be soo upset as they have no agenda. Yes of course these guys are "just" trying to make a living but they are part of a very large scam that takes billions $$$$$ from hard working people around the world and puts it into the pockets of a select few who  really got all their results from drugs and not the products they sell.

Why do Bodybulder claim natural, because they would not have a contract if they really told the public what they took

Some bodybuilders now admit to steroids but use really low doseages to keep the general public satisfied as steroids have hit the headlines the last few years.. The public can except some use but if they really knew 4-10grs a week of roids and lots of peptides where in order would anyone buy a tub of celltech? Well not many would, even if they did not want to use drugs they would know its bull

In many ways, I think more people are aware of the truth than ever. Pro athletes getting busted drew more attention and the media has ran with it. In many ways the exposure has been counter productive. Most teenagers are smart enough to know that if Ryan Braun is implicated in a steroid scandal that a bro like Heath is swimming in PED's. There is an explosion of idiots on hardcore and source boards anymore. Way different than it was in the early 2000's before Bonds, etc.

Like somebody said earlier, most people don't give a fuck who these "naturals" are anymore. One has to be pretty naive these days to not see the light. If they don't, that is there own fault.

The shit that GH15 says has been out there for years. Nothing new. If anything the followers he has are a perfect example of what I am saying. They know drugs are involved and want to hear more makes it better, etc. These guys who have the cash to burn on tons of GH and shit aren't going anywhere for the most part. The IFBB pros have gotten so big and gnarly (in sometimes nasty ways) that they pave the way for dudes to reasonably use drugs and claim natty. At the same time though, it's obvious they they skirt the truth once one gains any knowledge of the game. Stupid followers are what they are. There are all kinds of resources. Use, or don't, up to you.

It can be entertaining to make fun of these guys, but don't let it affect your own goals. Be honest with yourself, you can't control anybody else.

Yeah but it does not make it right. Humans by nature are quite trusting in general, it works on peoples weeknesses to make money. It is not a good way of making money or treating people. I could put the world to rights on morallity and other issues but the basis is that too many people are doing it and there is a chance some truth may hit the main stream and atleast reach out to more people

You can gain for 3 years naturally and build some decent muscle if you know how to train and change it to adapt. Juicing after 1 year is stupid.

I can only agree with this to a slight degree. Guys like Layne are predators. He specifically told me he was natural years ago when I was messaging him. Hard work, BCAAs, and stupid shit like that is what he had prescribed.

I had thought we had some pretty heartfelt conversations, him, myself and other dedicated "natural" lifters. I questioned everything at first, but him and others vehemently denied using steroids and wrote essays and novels about how you could get to their level without any PEDs. They had resources cited and I was pulling up studies and trying to make sense of them... they really took advantage of poor phaggots like me. I couldn't discredit the studies they posted, nor could I deny that they have huge powerful physiques so I was left with nothing but belief. I still take it quite personally because I was a vulnerable newb who spend 10s of thousands on supplements when I first started out... and sadly, I'm not exaggerating! I just kept putting it all on my credit card in desperation. It took me years to pay my debt down and thankfully I'm debt free other than my mortgage and a small line of credit, but I have a house, rental properties and a solid job thank goodness.

Now I use a vial of test and tren each month and it costs like $50 total. A tub of protein costs more than what I spend on gear each month. Sometimes I read the forums and I'm saddened to see the hundreds of thousands of newbs reading this shit up like the teeny boppers eat up Twilight novels. They're doing the exact same thing I did and it feels like there's nothing I can do to help them. That's why I spread the truth everywhere I go. I never tell a word of a lie in real life or on the internet. Hopefully I can stop a few from wasting their time and money.

Depends on age mostly, agreed with teens to early 20's but after this really its a year to 2 max if you know how to train and it will be slow as hell

Ahmen.. I used to drink 7 shakes a say when I was 18 and take roids.. very expensive way to live! The problem was I was taking the roids too young, not doing them right and wasting money on big tubs of fancy protein that I did not need. It got me big, but I did not look good at all, I was always pissed because I took roids, spent allot of money and looked like shite and the other guys who took roids looked much better but could not of figured it out.
I ran up huge debts to and allot came from roids and the gym lifestye
