biceps are all feel more so than any other bodypart as has already been said.......
ive never used more then 25kg dbell which is around 55lbs,,,, most days a 45 or 50 will do, soon as you up the weight it goes to the front delts for me, ive had my arms upto 19", i find some of these claims bs, they must be mainly dbel cleans were talking about here
