You don't need to take off your clothes to see these muscles. This is what separates the men from the boys.Dumbbells or Barbell works for shrugs, it's your choice. My genetics for trap development are abysmal. Shrugs, dumbells, barbells, hammer machine, seated, standing, backwards, forwards, squeezing and holding - absolutely nothing works.

i've done weightlifting for a few years and all them myriads of benefits are massive exagerations and myths lolat least i did not get much results apart from becoming better at weightlifting
weightlifting is good for showing off or demonstrating strength not the best for building it. It is very good for athletes though i.e fighters,hitting homeruns,football and jumping sports to learn how to explode. Also pretty good for fitness but at even modest strength it can get a little more dangerous compared to other lifts. Also prolly underrated for over weight people burns lots of calories and makes them become faster and not so slow.
