With the new IFBB point system, any second place or third place placings now count towards getting the the O.   So he does have a chance in this contest.

It is better for Mike that Branch is doing this show, although without Branch there Mike would have a chance at winning, however,more importantly being compared to Branch at this show will give Mike some attention from the judges, he will have Branch on conditioning and will match up with him favourably, maybe this show will be the beginning of his "paying his dues" fair placings
