So is that what you say to yourself when you look at powerlifters and strongman who are close to 20% bf but are the strongest mother fuckers on the planet??

Fat and water create better levers in the muscle to lift with. So of course someone is going to be stronger then they would when they are in contest type shape.

those kids are very good,, this is best thing right now on internet bodybuild,, i dont know if hes playing retard or realy is ,, but if he does he is good,, even if not ....this is very very good videos doen right with the right crew the last thnig i saw over there in mcdonald they aded another fella fo the camera man so it is 2 fellas who keep it going and realy bring it ,, very talented ,, this thing is going far,,

i think about doing something with this fella ,, we will see

what i dont understand about jason.......

he wants to be a pro

he knows all about the pros, apparently watches hours of dvds to figure out dexjax does lying down cable for traps......

so how has he not figured out that he needs hormones to make "real" gains

if he really wants to be huge he can probably be right? maybe not win shows but still make random people gasp and stare which is apparently what he want
