dont eat untill your hungry unless your primary goal is adding weight or your a 220lbs drug taking beef cake who needs calories and protein more often than the average bloke.

You might as well stop training and juicing. Nothing is more important than slamming down a designer protein shake during your Anabolic window.

Yes.  I don't even work out anymore, I just drink $9 shakes and am huge and ripped.

i did my best back workout of the year today, had a piece of a leftover chicken breast with 2 glasses of pineapple juice. I was very thristy after a hard workout not hungry. 6,5 hours after i have a medium pizza and a steak.

eat when you are hungry as much as your hungry for.
