id say i go on average about every 30-45mins, sometimes even more frequent! seems ive been like this for a while now, i can remember having tests done at the docs several years back and everything was fine.

i dont drink crazy amounts of water, but maybe im drinking more than i think lol

anyone else like this?

you might just have a small bladder...if the tests are indeed fine. otherwise, you might have:

high blood pressure
lowered kidney function/inability to concentrate urine
diabeat-us

I can't stop pissing. Fucking annoying. I get up on average 4-5 times a night. Last night about 9 times. I am blaming last night on tren.

Oh yes let me tell you! I got so fed up last year, I dedicated a whole thread to "pissing" as well... I can totally empty my bladder, and then just 5-10 min later I have to empty it all over again! No bullshit, it is annyoing as hell - and the thing that pisses me off is that it doesnt really matter if I drink a lot of water or not. I still have to pee like crazy. But its a little better these days now that I have cut back on the weight lifting and doing more cardio instead, so at least now I dont hold as much water as I normally do. The worst thing though is interputing your sleep at night when you have to pee. I have been getting out of bed up to 7 times during one night in order to pee! I get up at least 3-4 times every night. So your defintly not the only one with this problem.

Odds are you got to much caffiene and salt in your diet. I go between pissing and drinking constantly to once every 8 hours.

Salts the big one, I`m now conscious of it to the point that the amount of salt I take in is more important than the amount I drink(beers).

Piss too much but I also drink a shit load of water man. I think its whats kept me looking young and healthy even after chronic alcohol and drug abuse.

ya if your drink several gallons a day your going to piss a lot also its starting to get warmer out so fluid intake will increase also and pissing i have to start cutting back at night since its been warmer or ill sit and drink 2-3 gallons of fluids a day and piss all night I dont really do it to gain muscles just do it because I like drinking liquids a lot.

, but I was also going to mention caffeine. It is a natural diuretic, and since a lot of guys here probably rely on fat burners and/or energy drinks, that will contribute to your "pissing problem."

I have my first long piss in the morning and then I don't piss again until 5:00 oclock when I get out of work. Kind of weird. Then I have 4-5 more good long ones before bed.
